I went to purchase 10 dresses, expecting to pay the prices listed on the website. When I received the invoice, I noticed they had added $800 more than what was advertised online. When I called them out on it, instead of correcting the invoice or making it right, they actually increased the prices on the website listings to match the inflated invoice.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience was extremely disappointing and dishonest. They didn’t apologize, offer an explanation, or try to fix the situation in any way. Sadly, this will be my last time buying from them. Do better.
